Freshdesk Monthly Tickets

You can generate monthly Freshdesk tickets for each client. Use the ticket codes to generate reports for each client.

Once a report is generated, it will start to download the PDF.

Generate Report for Current Month

The following will generate the report for Primesight (PRI).

Generate Report for Any Month

The following will generate the report for October of this year.

  • • month = 1 -> January

    • month = 2 ->February

    • month = 3 -> March.

Ticket Codes

• • PRI  = Primesight.

  • DAA = Dublin

  • AME = Airport Media (To be Added)

For reference, The Monthly Reports generated are located in the Golf Server (adxbanet), under the Reports/Freshdesk/Tickets/ directory.
