Prior to an appraisal you may be asked to fill out and submit a Pre Appraisal form in order to allow your line manager to assess where you think you are within the business and your capabilities.
To do this, you need to go to the forms page (here) within this staff area and select the appraisal form from the list.
Once the form is open, follow through the sections answers all of the questions possible.
When you have completed this, it will be submitted to HR and sent to your line manager.
