PCF File updated 12/06/15 - If you installed before this date delete the connection and re-import the PCF file in the zip.
To remotely manage the Cambridge and Liverpool St. Railway screens:
Download, unzip and install the Cisco VPN client (uploaded to this folder)
It should install with the included .pcf file automatically, but if not it can be imported using the client.
Connect to GRP-ADXBA
Username: EXT_ADXBARS, Password: ADXSupp0rt (the o is actually a zero).
This will fail, but will send you a few digit code in an email sent to content@adxba.co.uk / software@adxba.co.uk (can’t remember).
Login again but this time the password should be ADXSupp0rt{digits from email}, e.g. ADXSupp0rt123456 if the code in the email was 123456.
You should now be connected to the VPN, IP addresses are at the bottom of this document.
You can now use MS RDP (Win+R -> mstsc.exe) and enter the IP address to connect to.
Because of the way RDP works, this will lock the account on the remote PC so to get it back working after you are done restart the PC (Win+R -> “shutdown /r /t 0 /f”).
