In this guide we will show how to navigate to where the tickets within the autotask system are stored, and the general layout.
There are 2 ways of doing this, one through the dashboard, and one through the queue system.
In order to to this you need to know how to login to autotask.
It is also beneficial to know about general navigation in autotask.
1. Queue Manager
Probably the easiest way to manage the ticket queues within the system.
Access via going to Service Desk -> My Workspace & Queues
The workspace area has the various queue types on the left handside, and when clicked opens the tickets on the right handside.
2. Dashboard.
You can also navigate using the dashboard area is
To get to this you need to go to Service Desk -> Dashboard.(you may not have all items in this list)
The easiest way to navigate is to use the categories at the top:
Clicking any of the the links automatically opens the corresponding tickets.
