OK First, Novaicare is very particular about the version of NovaLCT it will work with.
With that in mind I would recommend using NovaLCT 5.0.0 ONLY.
So if you have another version installed, make sure its completely shut then download the above version and Install.
I've added this as an attached file on this post just in case you can't find it, otherwise its also available here
Then once on the correct version, go to cloud monitoring…
ON the next page you need to click Modify Registration
Ok you’ll see by default it will detect all of the screens, make sure you work through then and name them something work being notified about.
Select the American Server at the top and then add our user as adxbaltd
You can see i’ve now named the screens
OK at this point it should have said registered. Be careful not to reclick the buttons as it will cause it to unexplicitly lose the names of the screens.
Once you’ve done this you need to login to the website and check if they’re there.
Go to: http://care-us.novaicare.com/
Login as adxbaltd and 4dXb4!4dXb4
You can see here that the screens have appeared….
You need to edit them to add addresses and a notification configuration.
Click the screen you want to edit then in the window that appears click “more”
You need to set the system to email the helpdesk, so add that in, make sure that its set to email every day and 24hours
Then you need to make sure that the configuration is setup correctly, so go to fault tab then configuration
Ensure all areas are setup correctly.
And thats it!!
