Creating UCM Reports From Broadsign

Overview

DAA (and possibly other companies in the future) require reports for campaigns. These reports are usually requested once the campaign has finished. However, for longer campaigns, they may request weekly/bi-weekly reports.

Steps

1. Find the campaign on UCM

   1. Go to ucm.unityplatform.com

   2. Sign in

   3. https://ucm.unityplatform.com

2. Downloading CSV(s) from Broadsign

• 1. Go to the campaign you wish to create the report for. (Customers > DAA > Customer Name > Campaigns)

  2. Right click > Campaign Performance Report...

  3. Ensure all boxes are ticked and set the report to show all display units

  4. Tick show repetitions

  5. Save as > CSV file

  6. Prettify the name of the report and ensure start and end dates are correct

3. Create Report on UCM

• 1. Create campaign if needed

  2. Add some Dublin units to ensure other clients cannot see the campaign

  3. Go to the reports tab

  4. Click create report and upload the CSV you created

  5. Select the Dublin logo

  6. Use a name like Pendulum T1A 101216 - 050117 so that you can easily distinguish the reports when you email them

  7. Download reports once complete, preferably as a .DOCX file
