A MAJOR accident is basically when major damage has been done to a vehicle. Ie. when it is incredibly noticable (Completely smashed panels, lights or difference to the driving of the vehicle.
IN ALL SITUATIONS, no matter what time of day or night, a director must be contacted.

If the vehicle is blocking a road or causing an issue to public property, the police must be contacted by dialing by 101.
You need to take pictures of ALL damage, both our property and 3rd Party.
You need to collect details on the 3rd Party, such as Name, Reg, Vehicle, Insurance details.
You need to fill out the following form: LINK - IF THIS IS NOT IN THE COMPANY VEHICLE THAT YOU ARE USING, PLEASE INFORM KEV, THESE SHOULD BE IN THE GLOVEBOX.
Once you have done this, all of this information should be sent to:
Kev - As he is in charge of the Fleet.
Wendy - As she in charge of the Insurance
This all needs to be done within 24 hours, otherwise you may be subject to disciplinary action.
